Asthmatic? Must Love Onion

Quercetin is a yellow crystal clear dry insoluble substance that is richly present in onion. Aside from the fact that it thins the blood, lowers cholesterol, and averts blood clots, it fights asthma more than you can ever imagine. Bronchial asthma, for instance, is triggered by common infections such as colds or flu, but since onion helps boosting your immunity, it lessens the symptoms of asthma. It actually prevents asthma to attack.

To make you fall in love with onion all the more, let me share these appetizing onion recipes to you. Also try the brands I recommend for the ingredients.
