10-Minute Healthy Salads

One of the reasons of why I don't usually eat good food or the healthy ones is because I’m too busy to prepare them. However, when I found that there are a lot of recipes that can be done in just ten minutes, my perception has changed. There are still healthy food to eat even for those who are busy. Check out the list below for these healthy salads that can easily be prepared in 10 minutes and its health benefits.

Red Bean Avocado Salad. A 10-minute low-carb salad that is recommended for diabetics. The two main ingredients of this salad make it healthy. One of the ingredients is avocado which is rich in fiber and has oleic acid that is known to manage diabetes, while kidney beans are good for the heart. They are also high in cholesterol-lowering fiber.




Chicken Caesar Salad. A very essential food for those who want to lose weight. Romaine lettuce is one of its main ingredient that made it healthy. Romaine lettuce has a moderate protein and fiber content, and has no cholesterol and fat.


Taco Salad. Its main ingredient is mixed greens. Without much explanation, everyone will surely agree, that this salad is full of nutrients because of these greens. Choose green leafy vegetable for the mixed greens for it is known to help in the prevention of cancer and heart diseases. Best healthy salad for lunch!
